The Oscars
Oppenheimer leads the pack with 13 nominations, followed by Poor Things and Killers of the Flower Moon. Barbie received eight nominations, although Greta Gerwig missed out on a Best Director nomination. Many film fans have also been quick to point out the irony that the Academy has recognised Ryan Gosling (for Best Supporting Actor) yet snubbed Margot Robbie, given the film is about feminism and the patriarchy.
