On Saturday, 31 August 2024, cinemas across the UK are set to open their doors for National Cinema Day, offering the magic of the big screen for just £4 at all participating venues and across all formats, including 3D, IMAX, and 4DX.

Cinema First is bringing back this beloved celebration of cinema for its third year, with over 630 venues across the UK taking part. Whether you’re a fan of blockbuster hits or prefer independent gems, this one-day event is a chance to immerse yourself in the diverse world of film at an incredible price. Major UK cinema operators and a wide array of smaller venues will be participating, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone.

Fancy the thrill of Blink Twice, where Channing Tatum embraces his darker side under the direction of Zoe Kravitz? Or perhaps you’re eager to dive back into the Alien  universe with Alien: Romulus, set 20 years after Ridley Scott’s iconic sci-fi horror. Family-friendly Harold and the Purple Crayon might be on your list, or the mind-bending twists of M. Night Shyamalan’s Trap. You might even opt for the nostalgic allure of Pulp Fiction as it marks its 30th anniversary on the big screen.
