We’re always pleased when someone discovers Film and Furniture and gives us a write up in the press because it means that more can enjoy learning about furniture, decor and homeware from the movies and discover where to buy these pieces for their own home. These pieces have a story to tell!

The article goes on discuss the backstory of how Founder/editor Paula Benson was influenced to create the site after investigating the dynamic hexagonal carpet in The Shining and “…provides a fairly detailed backstory on every item, whether it’s the iconic whiskey tumblers from Mad Men, the brutalist designs and saturated styles that adorned A Clockwork Orange or the Djinn chairs in 2001: A Space Odyssey”
