Big thanks are due to all our FFFriends and FFFollowers who voted for us in The Oscars of the interior blogging world, the Amara Interior Blog Awards as we’re thrilled to announce that Film and Furniture have made it through to the shortlist for Best Design Inspiration Blog 2019. 

We’re pleased to have been nominated several years in a row, but making it to the shortlist of the Top 5 UK interiors blogs is a big feat given the number of nominations and stiff competition in the Best Design Inspiration category. We’re thrilled to have made it through again this year and we thank everyone who voted for us.

The shortlist was decided by a combination of the judge’s scores and the votes each blog received from the public to create an overall score, the five highest scoring blogs in each category and territory making it through.

Congrats are also due to all the other shortlisted interiors blogs. There are so many talented writers and inspiring blogs out there!

Our guest writers, researchers, volunteer copy checkers, furniture consultants, tech gurus, production designers, set decorators and brilliant designers who all contribute to make the site what it is – are also very grateful for all your votes too.

The awards evening is on 14th November which is being hosted by Sophie Robinson & Kate Watson-Smyth. Wish us luck!
