Capitol Complex dining chairs – Pierre Jeanneret chair

As seen in:

Designer: Pierre Jeanneret

Cassina

Director: Pedro AlmodĂłvar

The Capitol Complex chair is part of the Capitol Complex collection developed by Cassina in homage to Pierre Jeanneret and the range of furniture that he designed for the Chandigarh Capitol Complex created by his cousin Le Corbusier in 1951.

The chair’s distinctive V-shaped legs lend it a solid aesthetic that was destined to be its defining feature. Frame in teak or oak, natural or stained black, with natural cane seat and back and an optional seat cushion upholstered in a wide range of fabrics and leathers.

We find the Pierre Jeanneret chair in Pedro Almodovar’s The Room Next Door.
