Fruit wallpaper by William Morris in Wine/Manilla.

A contemporary reworking of this beautiful classic Morris design, with metallic ink effects, as seen in Tolkien (and in the dining room of Phantom Thread in the Slate/Thyme colourway).

One of Morris earliest wallpaper designs Fruit previously known as Pomegranate was first produced in 1864. Similar motifs of fruit and leaves were used on the walls of the Green Dining Room in the South Kensington Museum later the Victoria and Albert Museum which Morris & Co. were commissioned to decorate in 1866. Reproduced in some original colourways Fruit has also been updated with the use of modern mica printing inks to create a metallic finish.
