Film and Furniture re-launch party

Film and Furniture re-launch party

We had a lovely evening earlier this week to celebrate the re-launch of our brand spanking new website, kindly hosted by Knoll in their beautiful London showroom. Many interesting conversations were had with film, furniture and design lovers – and many glasses of prosecco too!

Film and Furniture website relaunch gathering in Knoll Showrooms, London

F&F’s Lea Haagen presented our new mini movie (with thanks to Eleanor Rathbone and Louis Durrant) which illustrates our vision, then Founder and Editor Paula Benson presented a ‘walk through’ of the new site, explaining how readers can discover the furniture, lighting and decor they spot in the movies, learn behind-the-scenes film sets facts in our fascinating features and buy these pieces for their own home. You can read about the key features of the new site here.

The new website and our fabulous new logo has been designed by Paula Benson with Paul West at Form. Paul also took photos of the evening and did a marvellous job of keeping every one’s glasses topped up too – Big Thanks go to him and also to Seb from Bleeps and Blops – our talented web developer.

We were also joined by Film and Furniture guest writers together with film and design enthusiasts and one lucky guest who won our raffle walked away with a prize – the exact same beautiful bowl that sits on Batman’s Le Corbusier table in Batman v Superman.

We’re now gearing up for the next stage of F&F and we look forward to sharing the journey with you!
